As opportunities become scarce, he sets his sights on a far bigger prize: Perla, the wealthy owner of a boarding house in the picturesque coastal state of Veracruz. When Ulises arrives to meet Perla, he discovers an unexpected complication—her intelligent and restless niece, Inés. Rather than exposing his deception, Inés proposes a daring partnership.
